We believe there are two equally important aspects of delivering the best residential construction. The product has to be expertly installed and that's half of the job. The other half is to provide the best experience possible for the client. The home owner should feel informed and in control. TARKKA HOMES has been building fine homes and distinctive remodels throughout southern New Hampshire since 1990. We are proud members of the National Association of Home Builders and the NH Home Builders Association.
PAUL MORIN has been a partner and president of Tarkka Homes since 1990. He and the company have won numerous design and quality of construction awards. Paul has received both the local and state Home Builder Association Builder of the Year awards. Most significantly, he is the only residential builder to have won the NH Construction Industry Ethics Award. In addition to his work with Tarkka Homes, he is an expert consultant and author of many industry-related articles for publication.
TRICIA NEWHALL-GRAHAME entered the home building trade in 1991. She is an experienced builder, real estate broker and accountant. She was the recipient of the 2007 NH Home Builders Association 'Builder of the Year' award.
MATT HEALD has been in charge of all Tarkka's construction oversight since 1996. He is an honors graduate of the Manchester School of Technology's Construction Services program. In addition to running the job sites, Matt's an accomplished finish carpenter and cabinet maker.
HENRY FINSTER joined Tarkka Homes in 2014 as head of security. Adopted from the NHSPCA after being rescued from a hoarding situation, he now brings 7 years' experience of napping when not overseeing job-site and office safety!

IN THE BEGINNING, we meet with potential clients to discuss the general parameters of a project, talking about design elements, budgets and the construction process. We use photos, example documents and building plans to familiarize you with what we build and how we build it. Once we have a basic understanding of what you would like for a home or major remodeling project, we can start to develop an estimate and specifications. We use these preliminary consultations to explore the possibilities of your building project. These early visioning sessions are important to get your building project started on the right track.
