Lakeside Home

Like many lakeside homes we’ve built, this one involved the demolition of an old cottage and careful site-work on a mall lot.
 
​The clients have this home on Lake Sunapee with a screen room and deck facing the water and close to their boat dock. The home is designed for views from the 2nd floor bedrooms and large bonus room.
 
​Unusual features include hickory flooring, quartersawn oak kitchen cabinets, and striking granite countertops. Heating equipment was designed into storage spaces due to the lack of full basement space.
