This client had a large family and wanted several separate areas for work and play. He designed 3 separate rooms with fireplaces and TV jacks. There is also a large 3 season room off the main living room.
 
​The dining room is defined by two rows of columns for an open feel. The kitchen has its own breakfast space. All views are out of the front of this home, so public spaces and the long front porch are all properly located.
 
​The geography of this lot requires a garage-unde design, so a mudroom was included at the bottom of the basement stairs so that you could go straight from the garage to the heated/cooled living space.
